Our client is looking for a Growth Lead to join their marketing team. This is a key hire focused on leading paid social performance (particularly across Meta), while managing a small internal team and agency partners.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with strong executional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise paid social activity (primarily Meta), managing significant monthly budgets.
- Manage and develop a team of creative strategists and external agencies to deliver high-performing content at scale.
- Oversee testing frameworks and creative iteration to identify and promote top-performing ads.
- Provide insights on campaign performance and guide budget allocation to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on growth strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to campaign delivery.
- Support team development, learning, and continual improvement within the growth function.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale within a high-growth environment.
- Comfortable being hands-on with campaign management and performance optimisation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing agencies and/or creative teams.
- Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, test-and-learn culture.
