We're working with one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands within the beauty and wellness space, and they're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join them and elevate their retention!
If you love diving into data and coming up with creative ways to delight, engage and retain customers, this could be the perfect next step for you.
Your role will involve:
- Looking holistically at the end-to-end customer journey, segmenting various customer groups and consistently finding ways to increase LTV
- Leading their email & CRM strategy and implementation
- Marketing calendar & campaign planning (co-owned with the team)
- Working with the wider team on strategy and how you can improve upon the various touchpoints
- Acting as the true voice of the customer - understanding their needs, motivations, and challenges
Their ideal profile:
- You have strong analytical skills and a love of data-driven decision making
- You've are creative and curious, with excellent communication skills
- You come with a genuinely customer-obsessed mindset and have experience being hands-on at a growing DTC brand
- You've got sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- You're comfortable working within a lean team - you collaborate, challenge, support, and elevate those around you
- Ideally you've got subscription experience too (but this isn't essential)
