An exciting and well-established DTC brand is looking for a commercially-minded and data-driven eCommerce Manager to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in owning retention, driving performance marketing initiatives and managing the day-to-day eCommerce operations, from merchandising to experimentation and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retention & Lifecycle Marketing: Own email/SMS marketing strategy and execution, managing campaigns, automated flows and newsletters. Use CRM tools like Klaviyo to drive customer retention, LTV and engagement.
  • Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with paid media teams and agencies to optimise digital campaigns and feed insights back into the customer journey.
  • CRO & Testing: Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests across the site and customer touchpoints to optimise conversion and drive continuous improvement.
  • BAU & Merchandising: Oversee the day-to-day eComm operations, including site merchandising, new product drops and content updates.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs, report on performance and translate data into actionable insights. Quantify success across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Subscription Experience: Manage and optimise subscription offerings and flows, understanding the nuance of driving long-term value through recurring revenue.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with SEO, creative and product teams to ensure a unified and strategic digital presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mid-level experience in an eCommerce role, ideally at a DTC brand.
  • Strong experience with Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven success in driving retention through email/SMS campaigns.
  • Confident working with data, comfortable pulling reports, analysing trends and making decisions based on numbers.
  • Detail-driven, curious and always digging into the 'why'.
  • A natural problem-solver with a test-and-learn and commercial mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with subscriptions is a big plus.

Salary: c.£60k

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days wfh
