Job Description
We’re working with an exciting DTC startup that are looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team.
Here, you'll be the driving force behind the creation of ads, and scaling their ad account, working from ideation through to production and optimisation. Genuinely a brilliant opportunity to have huge impact by further scaling a brand that’s already growing rapidly.
Who they're looking for:
- You've got solid experience in a Creative Strategist, or Performance Marketing role, ideally within a startup or DTC brand
- You've got a proven track record of producing and optimising high-performing ads for paid social
- You have an instinct for storytelling that really resonates with audiences
- Ideally you have an analytical mindset, and know how to use data to feed into your creative decisions
- You're confident working with creators, freelancers and agencies
- You're organised, confident at juggling multiple parts, and you're proactive
And importantly, you love food!
💸 Salary: Up to £60,000
🏡 WFH policy: 2-3 days/week in office
