Our client, a fast-growing AI-led software business, is looking for a Head of Growth to help accelerate their next stage of expansion. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content and growth, with ownership over how the company shows up to its audience across organic and social channels.
What you’ll do:
- Create, own and execute the company’s content strategy, partnering closely with marketing and key stakeholders such as product and founders.
- Own organic and social content end-to-end across key channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Meta, email, blog, Reddit), defining the role each plays in the overall strategy.
- Bring brand positioning and tone of voice to life through compelling storytelling and high-quality creative that resonates wherever the ICP spends time.
- Take ideas from zero-to-one: form hypotheses, test scrappily and turn what works into repeatable programs.
- Tell “build in public” stories, including founder and employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes content and lessons learned along the journey.
- Partner closely with growth marketing to turn organic signals into scalable campaigns across paid social, influencers, YouTube and events.
- Collaborate with product marketing on launches, narratives and in-product moments.
- Support affiliates and influencers by leading with ideas and content that drive creative quality and coverage.
- Select, brief and manage freelancers or agencies to extend output without losing the brand voice.
- Define, track and report on content success metrics by channel, spanning awareness, engagement and acquisition.
Who you are:
- You’ve created standout social and content work for B2B/B2C or product-led technology brands.
- You’ve worked hands-on as a practitioner (e.g. designer, videographer, writer, editor or similar creative role).
- You’ve owned organic channels end-to-end - from idea to execution to iteration based on performance.
- You understand distribution deeply and know what works natively across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and why.
- You’ve partnered closely with performance and product marketers, sharpening their work through strong creative execution.
How success will be measured:
- Clear understanding of which content works on which channels, why it works and how to scale it.
- Awareness and engagement increase over time, with visibility into the content drivers behind performance.
- Weekly shipping of content experiments, with fast learning and iteration cycles.
- Organic campaigns feel consistently on-brand while delivering measurable results.
