Our client, a fast-growing brand in the DTC wellness space, is looking for an Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to help scale their acquisition engine and strengthen their e-commerce growth.

Sitting within the Growth team and reporting into the Performance Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition through affiliates, partnerships and creator-led channels.

What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow the affiliate programme (currently on AWIN).

Identify and scope new partners and partnership opportunities.

Own onboarding and day‑to‑day partner relationships – from building pitches and shaping fair deals to educating partners and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

Manage and expand the micro‑influencer and creator programme as new products launch.

Review and optimise commission and offer structures.

Build and execute a clear test‑and‑learn roadmap for channel growth.

Turn customers into advocates by helping them become affiliates and rewarding their engagement.

Review, analyse, and report on performance, adjusting strategy based on insights.

Collaborate cross‑functionally (Creative, CRO, CRM) to deliver the best partner and customer experience.

Work closely with the wider Growth team, sharing learnings and insights regularly.

What We’re Looking For Experience managing affiliate and partnership programmes.

Hands‑on experience with AWIN and partnership/influencer management tools.

Creative flair – able to help partners craft content that converts.

Comfortable using basic creative tools (e. g., Canva) to produce pitches or assets when needed.

Proactive in sourcing, onboarding and nurturing new partners.

Practical and pragmatic – able to prioritise based on impact and effort.

Strong analytical skills to understand performance in the wider channel mix.

Able to build scalable processes for managing partners at volume.

A collaborative team player who likes working closely with others.

Ideally experience in a DTC subscription business, particularly within wellness/health.
