Role Overview: Growpime Consulting is recruiting a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager on behalf of our client to drive group bookings and boost guest acquisition within their UK hostel operations. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, foster client relationships, and identify new market opportunities in the budget accommodation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize hostel occupancy and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business from backpackers, groups, and long-stay guests.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities within the hostel and budget accommodation market.
- Work collaboratively with operations and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline booking processes.

Requirements:
