Fel Rheolwr Gwasanaethau Atal Digartrefedd dros dro, byddwch yn arwain ac yn ysbrydoli timau cefnogaeth arbenigol i ddarparu gwasanaethau o’r safon uchaf i bobl sy’n wynebu heriau tai a digartrefedd. Byddwch yn chwarae rhan allweddol wrth ddatblygu gwasanaethau arloesol sy’n helpu unigolion i gynnal eu tenantiaethau, cryfhau eu llesiant, a chyrraedd eu potensial.

Yn y rôl hon byddwch yn:

  • Arwain a datblygu timau perfformiad uchel sy’n darparu cefnogaeth o ansawdd rhagorol i bobl ag anghenion isel, canolig ac uchel.
  • Sicrhau bod ein gwasanaethau atal digartrefedd yn canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn, yn cynnig gwerth am arian, ac yn ymateb i anghenion cwsmeriaid drwy ddull Amgylchedd sy’n Wybodus o Safbwynt Seicolegol (PIE).
  • Sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth fel Darparwr Cefnogaeth Achredig, gan reoli gwasanaethau’n effeithiol ac o fewn cyllideb.
  • Gweithio’n agos gyda’r Pennaeth Tai a Chefnogaeth i arwain ar ddatblygiad, twf ac arloesedd ym maes atal digartrefedd.
  • Adeiladu a chynnal perthnasoedd cryf gyda chomisiynwyr, awdurdodau lleol a phartneriaid statudol a gwirfoddol.
  • Sicrhau bod gwasanaethau’n bodloni gofynion Grant Cymorth Tai, cytundebau awdurdodau lleol, a’r ddeddfwriaeth a’r safonau perthnasol ym maes tai, digartrefedd, trais domestig a chefnogaeth.
