We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals who are looking for a role in retail and to join our friendly team. This position is full‑time and will require regular weekend work. The role is very physical with the main duty being to merchandise the retail store. Applicants must be physically fit and able to merchandise the store. The job is very hands‑on and can be quite physical – involving being on your feet all day and occasional heavy lifting – so a reasonable level of physical fitness would be required.
Applicants will be trained to use our till systems and provided horticultural experience. Successful applicants must have excellent attention to detail and great customer service skills. Our garden plant supermarkets are located on the edge of town, so applicants will need reliable transport to and from work.
We can offer rates of pay well above the industry average following completion of a successful trial period, a long‑term career in retail as well as plenty of opportunities to advance into retail management.
