As a Part-Time Retail Associate at Grown Alchemist, you will act as a brand ambassador across two London locations, delivering elevated customer experiences during your contracted hours. You will support sales performance, build meaningful client relationships, and represent Grown Alchemist’s holistic approach to beauty and wellness. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver luxury-level customer service through warm, personalised consultations.
- Build genuine connections with clients that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to mindful, transformative experiences.
- Sales & Business Performance
- Contribute to achieving personal and store sales targets during scheduled shifts, including ATV and treatment bookings where applicable.
- Confidently recommend products, treatments, and add-ons aligned to individual customer needs.
- Use strong product knowledge to provide tailored skincare and wellness recommendations.
- Support digital and social engagement initiatives through informed selling and brand awareness.
- Brand Engagement
- Participate in in-store activations, launches, and seasonal campaigns during contracted hours.
- Share customer feedback and ideas to support local engagement and brand presence.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to both new and returning customers.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards during shifts.
- Follow operational processes including till operations, stock handling, and daily tasks.
- Support the upkeep of a clean, organised, and safe retail and treatment environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team across both sites to support store goals.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Actively engage in relevant training and coaching sessions to build skills and confidence.

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within premium or luxury beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and holistic living, with a desire to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Sales-aware mindset with the confidence to contribute to targets in a part-time capacity.
