Lead Facial Therapist

 Full time position but open to 30 hour contracts for the right candidate.

Previous Experience and Knowledge: 

• This is a lead role, experienced facial therapists essential
• A beauty background with level 3 in NVQ or equivalent  
• A keen eye for what is interesting in beauty and treatments 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Experience of driving treatment revenue and filling down time
• Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills 
• Curious mindset 
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships 
• Adaptable and resourceful 
• Attention to detail and ability to self reflect
• Happy to take ownership of the treatment space
