ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global Senior Designer brings Grown Alchemist’s distinctive vision of plant-based, biotech skincare and wellbeing to life across every brand touchpoint.
Partnering with the Creative Director and global cross-functional teams, they combine strategic thinking with hands‑on craft to deliver compelling campaigns, digital experiences, packaging and retail environments.
The role safeguards our premium visual identity while evolving it consistently and effectively across global markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Stewardship
- Champion and evolve Grown Alchemist’s global visual identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, markets, and regions.
- Maintain the brand’s premium aesthetic and high creative standards.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines, toolkits, and design systems.
- Support regional teams in applying brand identity effectively.
- Creative Concept & Campaign Development
- Translate strategic briefs into impactful creative concepts.
- Develop campaigns, product launch assets, and brand storytelling.
- Create visual concepts across digital, social, print, retail, and experiential channels.
- Support art direction for photography, content shoots, and creative productions.
- Balance creative excellence with commercial and audience objectives.
- Packaging & Brand Experience
- Contribute to packaging design, layout development, and refinement.
- Ensure packaging aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Collaborate with product and production teams to maintain design integrity.
- Support retail, POS, and experiential design initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Social, and Regional teams.
- Support global campaign execution and product launches.
- Collaborate with agencies, photographers, stylists, and production partners.
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design work.
- Contribute to creative reviews and maintain strong design standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
Below are the key skills and experience we’re looking for to be successful in the role at Grown Alchemist.
- 4-5 years’ experience in graphic design.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and premium visual storytelling.
- Experience creating design solutions across digital, print, campaigns, packaging, and social.
- Able to translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent visual identities.
- Confident presenting ideas and collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a collaborative approach to feedback.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Power Point, and Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in using AI‑powered creative tools while maintaining high brand standards.
- NICE TO HAVE

- Experience within premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or luxury brands.
- Experience with packaging design and production processes.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and premium brand execution.
