Growing Young Disciples is seeking a Children’s, Youth and Families Leader to lead ministry efforts aimed at children and families, particularly within the 7+ age group. The leader will be responsible for deepening discipleship, strengthening community connections, and supporting family engagement at St Christopher’s Church, Lea.

This position includes the opportunity for a fully-funded, University-validated qualification in Children’s, Youth, and Family Ministry. The role will begin on 1st September 2026.
