Christ Church is seeking to appoint to this new role which will provide full administrative support to the Children, Youth and Families (CYF) department, working with the CYF Director and Children and Families’ Minister to ensure the smooth running of the departmental programme.
Responsibilities
- The CYF Administrator will provide the primary administrative support for the CYF Director, Children and Families’ Minister and CYF senior leaders, with responsibility for the planning and coordination of events and activities.
- This includes communications with group volunteer leaders and the arrangement of annual schedules, plans and training days.
- The CYF Administrator will have oversight of all CYF policies and safeguarding activities for all leaders and support team members.
- We also expect the CYF Administrator to be a committed member of the Christ Church staff team, participating in staff activities and playing a full part in whole church life.
