Qualified Accountant – Business Advisory Senior (Remote, UK) GrowFactor, a global accountancy firm, is seeking a driven and qualified Business Advisory Senior to provide strategic financial advice and intelligence to our clients. This is a fully remote role based in the UK. About the Role: You\’ll empower business owners to achieve their goals by focusing on three key areas: mastering finances, minimising taxes, and developing clear strategic plans. You\’ll achieve this through: Mapping business goals and developing strategic plans. Reviewing financial performance against plans and providing actionable insights. Delivering CFO-level consulting sessions. Using AI-driven tax software to create tax strategies for clients. Unlike traditional accounting firms, GrowFactor focuses on proactive advisory services, helping entrepreneurial clients navigate the future. While some compliance work (roughly 15%) is involved, your primary focus (50%) will be on CFO consulting and client meetings. Other time allocations include team training (20%) and client communications (15%). You will be supported by a dedicated Client Service Coordinator who will handle administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Lead CFO consulting sessions and advisory meetings. Facilitate strategic goal setting. Collaborate with Principals on strategy and client development within the owner-managed business niche. Provide high-level accounting and tax advice (with specialist support as needed). Conduct final reviews of compliance documents, tax returns, financial statements, and work papers. Perform tax reviews for personal and business clients. Coach and develop offshore accounting team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to business development through networking, events, and referrals. About You: You\’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a passion for helping businesses thrive. You possess: A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. A strong work ethic and a drive for continuous improvement. Creativity and a collaborative spirit. A positive and personable demeanour. Qualifications: Full ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification. GCSE Maths and English (A grade preferred). A-Levels (Maths minimum B). 2:1 Degree (preferred). Ideally, 5 years of experience in general accounting or a CFO-level role. This can be in practice where you have gained experience advising clients or working in industry with an element of your role being advisory or financial analysis/management accounting.
