Job responsibilities:

  • Work with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute and track impactful monthly marketing plans, promoting the Growatt brand within the regional market.
  • Plan, execute and measure the impact of 3rd party events and trade show sponsorships, as well as Growatt or field distributors’ hosted events and localized client/customer forums.
  • Support the sales team and distributors for project technical proposals, workshops, webinars and product demonstrations.
  • Improve the capability of the sales team and local distributors by providing continuous training and technical consultancy.
  • Collect field market intelligence and support new product development or upgrades, define and implement the new product go-to-market plan for regions, and create local language marketing documents and videos for product/solution promotion.
  • Maintain long-term cooperation and good relationships with field distributors and channel customers.

Requirements:

  • English speaking is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Active, conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility in work. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Proficient in task planning and target achievement.
  • Experience working in product marketing, service or pre-sales technical roles. Familiarity with the solar industry market, PV inverters, energy storage products and applications, and the ability to communicate professionally with local distributors or end users.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business.
