We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and expand our presence in the FX industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients, a deep understanding of FX market dynamics, and a strong network of institutional contacts.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and pursue institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Lead Generation: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors.
- Client Acquisition: Close high-value deals with institutional clients, ensuring rapid onboarding and revenue growth.
- Networking & Representation: Represent B2Prime at industry events, build key relationships with decision-makers, and deliver impactful presentations.
- Introducing Brokers (IBs): Recruit and manage IB partnerships to enhance market penetration and revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine strategies and product offerings.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FX, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms).
- Experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and building professional networks.
- Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (SalesForce) and sales analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
