QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONERS REQUIRED
We are Grow Learn Play Project CIC, looking for a qualified person to join our team. We pride ourselves on a lively, fun environment to work in and are committed to staff training and progression within our organisation.
We run a nursery and community support program from our base in Banbury, caring for children aged 0-pre-school and school age up to 11 in our playscheme. As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest any profits back into our provision, staff training, and support.
We operate well-maintained and resourced rooms plus extensive gardens with allotment, forest school, sand pits, play equipment, and outdoor classrooms encouraging a wide range of activities and experiences. We have videos on our website www.glpp.uk that will give you a virtual walkaround.
We are currently looking for experienced Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to fill permanent positions within the setting. The right candidate will be passionate about working with children, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic approach to their work, ideally with English and Maths grade C or equivalent.
The position is full-time, working between the hours of 8am and 4pm with a weekly requirement to cover 4-6 one night per week on a rotational basis or two of 4-5, totalling 39.5 hours per week. You will be working alongside other qualified members of staff in a friendly and supportive setting. We could accept term time only or all year round applicants but must be qualified to a minimum Level 3.
