Role Overview
The UK Account Manager will work across all wholesale and B2B client relationships in the UK market, with a strategic focus on expanding partnerships and maximising account performance.
This role involves ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and collaborating closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to drive business growth.
As the primary point of contact for UK wholesale customers, you will oversee the end‑to‑end client experience — ensuring orders, inquiries, and support needs are handled with precision and care.
Working in tandem with logistics and operations, you will deliver a consistently exceptional service that strengthens client loyalty and fuels long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain and grow key wholesale partnerships.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive cross‑selling, up‑selling, and new market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Track, report, and analyse key account performance metrics for senior leadership.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with major partners and key customers.
