I'm Raz. I'm 23. I made my first $1M at 19, and I've built my first company to $30M+ doing YouTube. Now I'm going all-in on something new: building the best business podcast in the world.
The role
- Shooting long-form podcast episodes, multi-cam, broadcast quality
- Lighting and audio setup for every shoot
- Traveling with me to film guests in their cities: LA, NYC, London, Dubai, wherever the guest is
- Capturing B-roll, behind-the-scenes, and short-form content alongside the main shoot
- Owning the look and feel of what we put out
Who I'm looking for
- Experienced shooting YouTube content. Specifically long-form video — podcasts, interviews, sit-downs.
- Hungry. I want someone who treats this like the opportunity it is, not a 9-to-5.
- A one-person setup. You can land in a city, build a multi-cam shoot in a hotel suite, and walk out with footage that looks like a studio made it.
What you get
- Founding-team seat on something I believe will be enormous
- Direct access to me, every day
- A real budget for gear — if it costs what it costs, it costs what it costs
- Top-tier guests in the room — the kind of people you'd pay to meet
- A trajectory that grows with the show
- Competitive salary + upside
Let's build the best business podcast in the world.
