We're seeking an ambitious Chef Supervisor, ready to assist with operational responsibility for your school's catering facility! This role goes beyond the kitchen - it requires a visionary leader with the flair and originality to consistently deliver the highest quality food and service, elevating the dining experience and establishing this as one of the best school catering offerings in the region!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Food Collection: Safely drive your own vehicle to the central production kitchen to collect hot and cold prepared meals, beverages, and supplies.
  • Safe Loading: Load and secure specialised food transport containers into the vehicle to prevent spills and damage during transit.
  • Delivery: Transport food to the destination school on a strict daily schedule to ensure meals are ready for specific service times.
  • Service Setup: Unload food and equipment at the destination school and set up the serving stations in a clean, organised, and welcoming manner.
  • Meal Service: Serve food to students and staff, ensuring correct portion sizes and catering to specific dietary requirements or allergies as instructed.
  • End-of-Day Duties: Safely pack up leftover food, clean the serving area, and empty containers and equipment.

About you:

We're looking for a passionate supervisor who is ready to drive excellence. You'll need:

  • Fantastic craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients to deliver exceptional quality food.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
