Aspens Services in Grimsby is seeking a Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility, delivering outstanding food and service. You will lead, coach and inspire a kitchen team; manage gross profit, costs, stock and labour; oversee menu development and promotions; ensure quality systems, audits and health and safety compliance.
You’ll work Monday to Friday during school term time, 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, at £14 per hour.
