You’ll be a key player, assisting with both the operations excellence and financial performance of your kitchen.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with the managing and improving all controllable costs, including stock, food and labour
- Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day
- Oversee menu development and drive sales through exciting monthly promotions and added‑value events
- Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met
About You
We’re looking for a passionate, hands‑on Chef Supervisor ready to take ownership of the kitchen’s day‑to‑day success. If you’re a dynamic chef who thrives on leading by example and driving standards, you’ll need:
