The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking for a future-thinking, innovative, qualified and registered team leader for our 3.5-5 year old classroom. You must be a clear communicator who can build and maintain caring, responsive, and reciprocal partnerships with children, whÄnau, and each other. You will have previous leadership experience and enjoy bringing strength, knowledge, and fun to the team. We follow a key teaching approach throughout the centre, practicing unhurried care routines and rituals.
The main objectives:
- Responsible for the effective leadership and work closely alongside the other team leaders and management.
- Ensure a smooth running of your classroom and have strong time management and organisational skills to complete tasks on time.
- Ensure a high-quality educational programme is delivered and support and mentor your team to strengthen their capabilities.
- To build strong relationships with centre families/whÄnau, children and staff.
- Responsible for your own day to day positive interactions with all personnel in the centre.
- To review, adhere to and implement all policies, procedures and regulations as outlined in the centre Operations Manual and Employee Handbook.
- To actively support and implement the Centre Philosophy.
- Contribute to and lead reviews and evaluations.
- Effective communication and an understanding of different communication styles.
