Groveside School is seeking an experienced Inclusion Manager to lead safeguarding, pastoral care and inclusion strategies, ensuring every pupil has the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will coach staff, manage safeguarding referrals, analyse behaviour and attendance data, and champion inclusive practice, equality and anti-bullying across the school.
