We’re currently partnering with a highly acquisitive global software group that specializes in acquiring, scaling, and transforming software businesses across multiple industries. As part of a major AI-led transformation initiative, they are building a small, high-impact Business AI Transformation Team focused on rethinking how software is built, maintained, and scaled using AI-first engineering practices.

The organisation is fundamentally changing how engineering teams operate — embedding AI throughout the software development lifecycle to modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, accelerate delivery, and unlock new levels of productivity across their portfolio companies.

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to help drive these transformation initiatives across a range of established software businesses.
