Supported by an experienced paraplanning and administration team, you will be able to concentrate on advising clients rather than back-office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial planning and regulated advice across pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax (IHT) planning.
- Conduct detailed fact-finding meetings, cashflow modelling, and suitability assessments.
- Create and present tailored financial plans aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Work closely with paraplanners to produce accurate research and suitability reports.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes, market developments, and industry best practice.
Candidate Profile
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
- Previous adviser experience within a financial planning or IFA environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
