Salary: Negotiable A respected and expanding financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Administrator to support its continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys acting as a central point of contact for clients, handling enquiries relating to pensions, investments, and protection products, while maintaining strong relationships with product providers.
The role is integral to delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring high levels of service are consistently provided to both clients and internal stakeholders Responsibilities Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Support Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in preparing annual and triennial client review packs.
Coordinate client meetings and manage Adviser diaries to ensure schedules run smoothly.
Produce portfolio illustrations and assist with servicing client requirements.
Provide comprehensive administrative support across the financial planning function.
Ensure all administration is completed in accordance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Communicate with clients professionally via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records across internal systems and databases.
Key Requirements Previous experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment is essential.
CII Level 3 Certificate in Financial Administration is desirable, although support towards qualifications will be provided.
Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) and adviser platforms would be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
