We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing environmental and utilities contractor for a proactive and customer-focused Water Efficiency Auditor to join their expanding team. This is a field-based role focused on helping customers improve water efficiency through property visits, installation of water-saving devices, minor leak repairs, and customer education. The role also involves local area engagement and appointment generation within non-household properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical hands-on experience who enjoys working independently, engaging with customers, and contributing to environmental sustainability initiatives.
The Role
- Visiting non-household properties to carry out water efficiency surveys
- Installing light-touch water-saving devices
- Identifying and resolving minor leaks where appropriate
- Providing customers with tailored water-saving advice and behavioural guidance
- Recording findings and updates accurately using a CRM system
- Supporting appointment generation and local customer engagement activity
- Managing van stock and ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
