We are currently recruiting for a people-focused HR Advisor to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation supporting a diverse workforce across office, remote, field, and site-based environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships across a business, and genuinely influencing workplace culture and employee wellbeing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across all areas of HR, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing working environment during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters
- Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention activities
- Supporting performance reviews, development plans, and training initiatives
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date
- Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
- Producing HR reports and workforce data insights where required
- Supporting managers with best practice and employment law guidance
About You
We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and confident operating within a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about people, employee engagement, and creating positive workplace experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to build trust across all levels of a business
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience supporting remote, operational, or site-based teams would be highly advantageous
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred
