Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader or Site Supervisor with a strong background in refurbishment, maintenance, and repair works to join an ongoing refurbishment project on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who can oversee works, coordinate site activities, and maintain high standards of quality and safety while supporting refurbishment programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating refurbishment on site.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
  • Managing subcontractors and site operatives where required.
  • Carrying out multi-trade tasks as needed to support project delivery.
  • Monitoring quality control and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Site Supervisor within refurbishment, maintenance, or repairs environments.
  • Strong understanding of multiple trades, including general building maintenance and refurbishment works.
  • Ability to manage workloads and coordinate site activities effectively.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential).
  • Relevant site certifications and qualifications are advantageous.

Contract Details

  • Contract Length: Minimum 10 weeks.
  • Extension Opportunity: Potential extension of up to a further 16 weeks.
  • Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
