Customer Engagement Officers
to join their team. This is a
field-based, door-to-door role
covering a defined local area, where youll speak with residents about
free water-saving devices
available for their homes. Youll engage with customers, explain the benefits, answer questions, and book appointments for
plumbing engineers and water auditors
to carry out installations. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and want to make a real difference in your community, this could be the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities
Carry out
door-to-door engagement
within a designated area to promote free water-saving upgrades.
Explain product and service benefits clearly and positively to encourage participation.
Record customer details and schedule appointments for engineers and auditors.
Manage your daily route and workload efficiently.
Maintain accurate records using a mobile app or CRM system.
Represent the organisation professionally and uphold its commitment to sustainability and customer care.
