Grove Road is a successful, 2 form entry, primary school in the heart of the Tring countryside. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to join our talented team. We are looking for an organised and creative teacher who has the ability to motivate and engage children in their learning. We have high expectations of all our pupils and the right candidates would demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of all children in their care through effective adaptation and inclusive practice. Grove Road Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to all necessary pre-employment checks, including: an enhanced DBS; Prohibition check; qualifications; identity (including online check) and right to work. All applicants will be required to provide two references.

If you have lived outside the UK within the last 5 years, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct or a police certificate from the country/countries you have resided in. Kindly note that this is at the expense of the candidate, as well as any costs involved for translating into English.
