We want to find enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for world wines. Our 5 AA Red Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The fernery restaurant holds 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish, likewise the team also oversee the casual dining option 'Artisan Rooms' offering a more relaxed dining option to guests while still showing care and attention as to where ingredients are sourced.

The Head Sommelier, Cathryn, is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Head Sommelier or Sommelier to join the team.

  • Package up to £39,000 including Gratuities and Pension dependent upon the role and experience.
  • Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 3-4k per annum.
  • 5 day working week.
  • Employee long service holiday benefit.
