Our 5 AA Red Star award-winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales, set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The fernery restaurant holds 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish. The team also oversees the casual dining option 'Artisan Rooms', offering a more relaxed dining option to guests while still showing care and attention as to where ingredients are sourced.

The Food and Beverage Manager, Andreas, is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Rang to join the team.

  • Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amount to £3,500 per annum.
