Grove Medical Practice in Deptford is recognised for delivering high quality care within a supportive, emotionally intelligent culture, with strong investment in technology, innovation, and career progression. We are recruiting an Executive Practice Director for our rapidly growing GP training practice in South East London, serving around 13,000 patients and led by three clinical GP Partners.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will be the senior non‑clinical leader for operational delivery and service development, working closely with the Partners to provide strategic guidance, embed our values, and maintain financial stability and strong governance as demand and service models evolve.

You will lead operational performance, patient access and demand management, budgets and forecasting, income and cost control, and delivery of contractual requirements. You will also hold end to end responsibility for people management and human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, rotas, and workforce development, and you will ensure compliance with CQC standards, health and safety, information governance, and practice policies.

You will chair practice meetings, drive continuous improvement, lead complaints and significant events processes, represent the practice externally, and work collaboratively across the wider primary care system. You will also lead succession planning for key clinical and non‑clinical roles to protect continuity and build internal capability.
