We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our team. Provide high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population and contribute to continuous improvement. Deliver total digital triage; most patient demand is managed on the same day while maintaining work‑life balance. Daily Senior GP presence provides supervision and support. GPs focus on patient care with support from a highly skilled administrative team. All blood test results and incoming documents are reviewed centrally, resulting in a lighter administrative workload. Minimal home visits. Sharing of learning is encouraged at weekly practice meetings; a team approach and mutual support foster a collaborative culture. Track record of supporting and developing staff, enabling them to reach their potential. Part‑time role; minimum of 4–5 sessions per week. Open to candidates due to complete training this year, as well as more experienced candidates. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care, including face‑to‑face and telephone consultations.
  • Work as a Digital Triage Doctor – full training and support are provided for this part of the role.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and manage referrals efficiently.
  • Participate in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the training of medical students and junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
  • Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
  • Completion of specialty training (MRCGP preferred).
