We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice.

We deliver total digital triage. Our systems mean we are able to manage the majority of patient demand on the same day while maintaining our own work-life balance. Daily Senior GP presence, providing supervision and support. Our GPs can focus on patient care thanks to our supportive, highly skilled administrative team. All blood test results and incoming documents are reviewed centrally, resulting in a lighter administrative workload. We are constantly looking at how we can streamline the way we work to reduce the administrative workload. Minimal home visits.

The sharing of learning is encouraged at our weekly practice meetings, where we discuss the challenges we are facing and develop a team approach, providing each other with support. We have a track record of supporting and developing our team, allowing our staff to reach their potential.

We are a high performing practice, valued by our patients, with a Google review score of 4.2. We work from purpose-built air-conditioned premises, walking distance from Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations. This is a part-time role; we are interested in what candidates' preferred sessional commitment is but we are looking for a minimum of 4-5 sessions. We are open to candidates who are due to complete their training this year, along with more experienced candidates. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
