This allows us to operate using the best tools, insurers, and prices in the market to provide value for customers and a smooth process to getting covered. Due to our growth and performance in the last 4.5 years, we need to recruit additional team members to manage the increasing volume of high-quality enquiries we have available.
Since our launch in March 2021, we’ve grown into a team of 9 full-time advisers with decades of combined industry experience. So far we\'ve helped protect over 5,000 clients across the UK.
We are looking for driven, sales professionals who are up to the challenge. In return we offer access to fresh, quality leads with uncapped earning potential. You\'ll also have a happy, healthy work life balance. Joining a successful team of Advisers, who will help you hit the ground running.
The Role:
It’s a sales role with at least 3 days in a fully serviced office each week and the flexibility to work from home any other day of the week. We also work some weekends, but that bit is up to you.
This is the customer journey you’ll be responsible for:
- Introduction - Calling customers who have requested quotes online for Life Insurance (no cold calling).
- Fact Find - Initial chat to gather all relevant information, including health and cover types.
- Quote - Search the market for the best solution / insurer based on the clients circumstances.
- Gain Commitment - Agree an option and proceed with an application.

- Proactive and positive mindset towards outbound sales.
- Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
- Results driven to ensure targets are hit consistently.
- Self-motivated & effective time management.
- Quick decision making and good attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- All leads provided – high quality and high volume.
- Flexible working including fully serviced office and the ability to work from home.
