What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify new local business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Set High-Quality Appointments: Engage business owners and decision makers to understand their needs and book appointments for our BD team.
- Research & Qualify: Learn about prospective merchants — their services, products, and customers — to ensure appointments are relevant and valuable.
- Collaborate: Partner with BD Managers to align on strategy and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Hit Your Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Keep It Organized: Accurately track all activities and lead data in Salesforce/CRM.
