This role is part of Reporting & Analytics, which consists of the following sub product areas: Data Infrastructure: Overseeing data collection, ingestion, orchestration, and facilitating decentralized/multi-cloud data storage and access. Data Modelling: Managing a data transformation service that accommodates conformed data models and standardized taxonomies across the organization. BI, Reporting & Visualizations: Facilitating self-service access to reports and dashboards for enhanced data insights and visualization. Who We Are Looking For Reporting to the SVP Product, Advanced Analytics, this role will be responsible for setting up and managing our global MLOps platform. This platform will serve as the backbone for all Analytics/AI/ML initiatives across internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless deployment, scalability, and maintenance of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and/or leading AI/ML platform products and/or in setting up and scaling MLOps platforms within global organizations. The role will also be crucial in setting up and managing the relationship with key internal technical, analytical and data stakeholders across WPP to ensure our MLOps platform and advanced analytics products realises the opportunities across the Open Media Studio and other WPP Studios. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Choreograph\’s MLOps platform, aligning it with broader business objectives. Platform Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of robustness and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and ensure technical feasibility. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather feedback, validate solutions, and refine product strategies. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the AI/ML infrastructure space. Performance Monitoring: Establish key success metrics and monitor platform performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Compliance and Security: Ensure the platform adheres to industry best practices for data privacy, security, and compliance, maintaining a privacy-first approach to customer data. QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Background: Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master\’s degree or MBA preferred. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management roles, with significant experience leading AI/ML platform products or setting up and scaling MLOps platforms in global organizations. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX), as well as experience with AI/ML workload optimization and deployment.Deep expertise in data architecture and engineering principles, data modelling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and advanced analytics. Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as modern data technologies and tools. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
