Account Overview
OpenMind was recently awarded the ZEUR assignment for Nestlé Europe. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for an experienced digital planner and leader to support the Above Market team. The role offers variety, leadership, governance, and innovation, ensuring scalable change. We aim to create something special with Nestlé and would love you to be part of it.

Overview of Role:

A digital media professional managing exciting brands across sectors/categories. We seek a Senior Director – Digital to manage client relationships and drive the digital agenda, delivering integrated digital solutions to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client requests and delegate tasks effectively.
  2. Guide team members in strategic thinking and media planning.
  3. Drive digital acceleration and application of planning principles.
  4. Collaborate with specialist teams to stay updated on offerings.
  5. Engage with media partners on briefs and proactive opportunities.
  6. Continuously learn about the client’s category, competition, and media landscape.
  7. Attend internal, client, and cross-agency meetings.
  8. Use insights to influence communication strategies.
  9. Participate in new business pitches with insightful solutions.

What You Bring:

  1. Leadership proactivity and change-making drive.
  2. Experience in digital strategy, media planning, and execution, preferably in an agency.
  3. Understanding of programmatic landscape, trends, and technologies (DMP, DSP, SSP) – preferred.
