Overview

An integral part of Analytics & Insight is our Campaign Analytics team. Campaign Analytics focuses on how we will measure and learn from a specific campaign or activity\’s performance. Campaign Analysts lead the design and implementation of experiments, ensure that in-campaign learnings make their way to activation teams to inform optimisation decisions and generate insightful post campaign analysis that helps advance our clients\’ learning agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of experiments to measure campaign performance and inform optimisation decisions.
  • Ensure in-campaign learnings are shared with activation teams to drive action and improvements.
  • Generate insightful post-campaign analyses that support clients’ learning agendas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analysis into pragmatic, real-world solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • A thirst for learning about technology, trends, media, people, brands and the industry.
  • Experience in marketing with a focus on analytics; role suited for a media-savvy analyst or analytically focused planner.
  • Detailed media, marketing and measurement knowledge across all channels.
  • The ability to convert analysis into actionable, real-world solutions.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly and simply.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, common econometrics packages and PowerPoint.
  • A creative problem-solving mindset focused on robust, pragmatic solutions to ad-hoc client questions.
  • Ambitious, determined and self-motivated.

EssenceMediacom\’s Analytics & Insight team houses all analytics, effectiveness and insight specialists within EssenceMediacom. The team has one purpose: to ensure that every media planning decision is fueled by the best data and insights available. Our Analytics & Insight team delivers a data-driven approach to media strategy, planning and activation with an emphasis on accountability and experimentation.
