We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Executive to join our client services team at EssenceMediacom London. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the planning and buying of media for our clients. This includes efficiently delivering administrative tasks in activating and running our campaigns, data analysis, collaborating and negotiating with media vendors, and presenting recommendations to clients. You will also be trained by our team to develop responsibility for maintaining client relationships, as well as working closely with other specialist teams within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the planning and buying of media for clients, across the full funnel of vehicles
- Support the administrative day-to-day running of the account
- Assist with negotiations with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements
- Help the team manage client relationships
- Work closely with other teams within the agency, such as creative and account management as well as specialist buying teams
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
