The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Office-based 3 days per week in Harwell, Oxfordshire.
As Marketing Executive you will be working with the wider Marketing team in all areas of the marketing mix to create awareness and demand of the brand to both new and existing consumers across the work, western, equestrian and country channels.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- In-Store
- Work with the sales team and Senior Marketing Executive on shop in shop opportunities.
- Provide pro-active support to the sales team, including bespoke artwork for retailers.
- Source printing of header boards etc. as required.
- Visit accounts with the sales team as needed to identify how we can improve our brand presence in-store and then execute accordingly.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Executive to maintain an in-stock position of all merchandising materials at all times.
- Maintain the merchandising materials pricelist in conjunction with the finance team.
- Events
- Work with the marketing team and DTC & Community Events Manager to prepare for events, including ordering products and returning these to stock post event.
- Liaising with the product team to organise samples as needed.
- Packing up for the event.
- Ordering POS items as required.
- Working with the Graphic & Digital Design Executive to create signage and get this sourced and delivered as needed.
- Identify relevant events for potential sponsorship and liaise with event organisers and the marketing team to bring these to life.
- Attend key events and trade shows for set-up through to breakdown as required.
- Key Accounts/Retailers
- Work with the Senior Marketing Executive and Area Managers to support the preparation and ongoing support of Go To Market Plans for our key accounts/retailers.
- Present Go To Market plans to a selection of key accounts and become their main marketing contact to ensure they amplify our brand and execute in excellence.
- Align across all departments to ensure all activity is in line with the brand marketing schedules.
- Press
- Review, recommend, book and submit print and digital advertising.
- Liaise with digital platforms to obtain ad stats to identify success of campaign.
- PR
- Assist with PR requests from our agency and press.
- Placing orders and arranging collections as required.
- Be the main PR contact for the equestrian and work press.
- Create press releases for key products.
- Proactively identify additional opportunities within key equestrian titles and supply relevant content including, but not limited to: fashion features including tried and tested, rider interviews and training features, competitions, letter pages.
- Influencers
- Work with the Organic Content & Social Media Executive as required, to identify, contact and manage relationships with our work/agricultural influencers.
About You:
- 3 years+ relevant experience.
- Understanding of the agricultural industry is preferable.
- Marketing qualification.
- Clean valid driving licence.
- Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Articulate with strong verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Creativity.
- Customer Service.
- General office and retail experience would be beneficial to this role.
- Familiarity with the digital environment, in particular social media.
