Missions Principales
- Concevoir les desserts des restaurants avec créativité, en garantissant un haut niveau de qualité pour la clientèle.
- Assurer et contrôler la bonne gestion du cycle d’exploitation du restaurant (organisation, production, suivi des services).
- Superviser l’ensemble de la production en pâtisserie et veiller au strict respect des normes en vigueur.

Profil
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef pâtissier dans une chaîne hôtelière de luxe, idéalement aux Emirats.
- Excellent leadership et très bonnes capacités d’adaptation.
- Expérience dans des restaurants étoilés au guide MICHELIN.
- Grande capacité et volonté en termes de créativité.
- Excellente présentation.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais parlé.
