THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced IVVQ Lead to join our team based in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ) activities, with a strong focus on trials coordination within a complex engineering environment. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in IVVQ and hands-on experience managing trials activity, stakeholder coordination, and delivery planning within aerospace or defence programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coordinate IVVQ and trials activities at platform and subsystem level
  • Liaise with customers, UK teams, and international stakeholders to align delivery
  • Chair weekly planning, coordination, and resource meetings
  • Produce key trial documentation (e.g. Calling Notices, MoM, presentations, checklists)
  • Develop clear weekly plans outlining activities, resources, and dependencies
  • Support training planning to ensure availability of critical skills

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong background in IVVQ and trials leadership
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Experience producing technical and operational documentation
  • Understanding of engineering change processes
  • Active SC Clearance
