Overview
Themain purpose of the PMO Analyst (Systems Integration & Test) is to supportthe SI&T Engineering Group Leaders (EGL) with project management in thefollowing axis: scope, cost, planning, reporting and communication.
Focusing onensuring adherence to company Project Management Officer (PMO) policies andprocedures and supporting the team with the use of o Smoz (Planisware) projectmanagement tool and processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the deployment of company project managementpolicies and procedures within SI&T.
- Providing support to Engineering Group Leaders within SI&T to enableefficient and effective deployment of project management policies, proceduresand tools.
- Ensuring the quality of data within o Smoz meets required standards andis consistent across the department, where necessary collaborating withexternal stakeholders to achieve required standards.
- Preparation of reports to facilitate department and IPT reviews, tosupport decision making.
- Conduct and report analysis of budgets, estimated costs, resourcecapacity and deliverables across the department to ensure on quality, cost andtime delivery of projects.
