Job Overview: An exciting 2-year graduate role with one of the biggest consumer brands in the world. The position is a fast-track in Product Management, providing you with the key skills and experiences to successfully manage your own product category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and activate marketing plans to achieve Budget Net Sales & Margin.
- Manage a defined UK range including New Product Development.
- Benchmark competition and set RSPs and promotional plans for defined product category, ensuring that targeted SGM% is achieved.
- Create Distribution plans to ensure that “Bricks & Clicks” as well as ECOM Retailers list, range & drive target products.
- Ensure that ATL and BTL investment is optimised through online and offline communication plans.
- Analyse and regular reporting of market data (GFK) & tracking consumer insight.
- Completing on research assignments and other adhoc projects to support the wider category.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A desire to develop a career path in Product Management and Marketing.
- You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

- Working Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
