Job Overview: An exciting 2-year graduate role with one of the biggest consumer brands in the world. The position is a fast-track in Product Management, providing you with the key skills and experiences to successfully manage your own product category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and activate marketing plans to achieve Budget Net Sales & Margin.
  • Manage a defined UK range including New Product Development.
  • Benchmark competition and set RSPs and promotional plans for defined product category, ensuring that targeted SGM% is achieved.
  • Create Distribution plans to ensure that “Bricks & Clicks” as well as ECOM Retailers list, range & drive target products.
  • Ensure that ATL and BTL investment is optimised through online and offline communication plans.
  • Analyse and regular reporting of market data (GFK) & tracking consumer insight.
  • Completing on research assignments and other adhoc projects to support the wider category.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A desire to develop a career path in Product Management and Marketing.
  • You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • You will understand the commitment required from your role and the influence it has on the success of the product category.
  • You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
  • Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
  • You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives.
  • You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.
  • You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
  • You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.

  • Working Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
