Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support the commercial development of several premium brands across the UK market through close collaboration with our distribution partners and clients. You will play a key role in developing brand visibility, supporting distributors' performance and driving business growth across England, Scotland and Wales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with 1 to 3 key distribution partners across the UK
  • Support distributors in developing sales opportunities and expanding customer portfolios
  • Participate in regular business reviews and performance follow-up with distributors
  • Train and support distributor sales teams on brands, products and commercial priorities
  • Ensure excellent execution and visibility of the brands in the market

Market Development & Field Activities

  • Visit customers and prospects regularly alongside key distributors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within all foodservice channels
  • Support local activations such as chef demonstrations, trade shows, pastry events and customer workshops
  • Contribute to increasing brand awareness and market presence through digital and local initiatives

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs through reporting tools
  • Track market trends, competitors and customer needs
  • Contribute actively to the local commercial strategy (global + per distributors)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field
  • First experience in sales, business development, FMCG, food industry or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong interest in gastronomy, premium food brands and customer relationship
  • Analytical mindset with good Excel and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Dynamic, proactive and hands-on personality
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Fluent English required, French is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
